Description:
Emerald Multi-Purpose Gear Oils are formulated to be
exceptionally effective under extreme pressure. They deliver outstanding
clean-gear performance while lubricating and protecting axles, gear sets,
transaxles, differentials, final drives and manual transmissions. Emerald™
Multi-Purpose Gear Oils are formulated with Group II base stocks and the latest
extreme pressure additive technology available.
Applications:
Emerald Multi-Purpose Gear Oils can be used with
hypoid, spiral-bevel, spur and helical gear sets.
Applications include:
- All heavy duty
truck rear axles
- Most manual steering
gear boxes where a GL-5 hear oil is specified
- Some heavy duty
manual transmissions
- Oil Lubricated
wheel bearings
- Where Mack GO-J
gear oils are specified
- Non Synchronized
manual transmissions where API MT-1 is recommended
- Where MIL-L-2105E
or MIL-L-2105D oils are specified.
